When you buy a recreational property you want a secure investment...that means a property with varied topography, trees, easy access and in a good neighborhood. You want seclusion and a wildlife habitat, yet some open pasture for your animals. You want Secluded Wilderness.
Secluded Wilderness is a 101 acre quiet retreat centered within a small triangle that is formed between the historic communities of Chappell Hill, Independence, and Washington-on-the-Brazos (the 1st capitol of Texas). The property is very private, has rich sandy soils, and numerous building sites. There is a barn for equipment and weekend quarters ready for use with water, septic, and electric.
Secluded Wilderness is one hour from Houston, an hour and a half to Austin and only fifteen minutes into Brenham where you find plentiful shopping, excellent dining and the home of Bluebell Ice Cream. Brenham also is home to Scott & White Hospital, great doctors and schools that excel in every way.
Secluded Wilderness is easy to see, call for appointment.
