In
the early 1980's the Texas economy was unraveling due to a
"busted" oil industry. People lost jobs, home repos soared
and failed savings and loans devastated the real estate market.
Not the best environment for a new business but nevertheless
it was then that Bevers Real Estate relocated and began operating
in Chappell Hill.
Believing that food is a great remedy for depression we began
to serve simple country food, Blue Bell ice cream and homemade
pie along with real estate.
More than 25 years have passed. Bevers Kitchen and Bevers
Real Estate are now independent of one another but both continue
to thrive. Many of the thousands of hungry travelers have
become real estate clients and long time friends. We believe that, like simple country food, personal old fashioned
service is basic and gaining your trust is a prize to cherish.
